Protect the Customer. Contain the Problem. Restore Control.
When a quality concern arises, timely containment can protect production and customer confidence. SNAGG provides managed Sorting, Rework & Inspection services for manufacturers and suppliers dealing with suspect or nonconforming product.
The project scope defines personnel, inspection criteria, supervision, traceability, reporting and working locations. Mobilisation, resource availability and site conditions are assessed for the specific requirement.
We establish inspection and segregation controls against agreed acceptance criteria, using approved specifications, work instructions, visual aids or customer-provided standards.
Product-specific rework is considered only where technical suitability, customer authorisation, approved instructions and release controls have been agreed. Reworked items require verification using the agreed acceptance method.
Enhanced inspection, controlled-shipping arrangements and safe-launch quality gates can be discussed according to project requirements, location and available capability.

For affected stock at warehouses, distribution networks or customer locations, discuss identification, inspection, traceability and close-out requirements with our team. Locations, campaign capability and mobilisation arrangements require confirmation.
SNAGG QC PRO can be discussed as part of a digital inspection approach. Features currently deployed, customer availability and reporting requirements must be confirmed. Resident engineering, measurement and problem-solving support can be scoped where containment alone is insufficient.
Tell us where the stock is, the nature of the concern, the quantity affected and the required response. We will assess the requirement and an appropriate mobilisation plan.
